Overview

Wylie is a ground-up build on a highway-frontage parcel on State Highway 78. It is a franchise-owned Integrity 1st Car Pros location.

The project broke ground on 8 August 2026. By that date the building slab had been poured, utility trenching was open across the site and excavation equipment was working — so the ceremony marked a project already moving rather than a parcel about to start.

Dallas Commercial Builders is credited in the published groundbreaking film.
